Lou Cardoso
BRE#01425643
Broker Owner
I have nearly two decades of experience managing investment property and real estate sales.
Born and raised in Arcata, California, to Portuguese immigrants from the Azores islands, I have lived in the Humboldt County area for 54 years. I am a proud local Portuguese community member and have served as treasurer of The Society of the Holy Trinity for five years. I am a member of the Humboldt County Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
As a real estate investor, I understand firsthand the challenges and the skills needed to make investment property profitable. I pride myself in helping investors meet their goals, whether it’s acquiring property or the disposition of assets. We focus on protecting our client’s investment property by bringing the value of my experience with repair and renovation management, increasing income, controlling costs, increasing the bottom line, working with vendors, and working with community officials.

Property Management
A California native, born in San Francisco, and longtime resident of Humboldt County, Frankie grew up in the woods of Trinity and Humboldt County and along the beautiful coastline of northern California. She attended College of the Redwoods and studied agriculture and accounting, and built her dream home and life in McKinleyville where she and her husband Lou raised their son James. After many years in the service industry, Frankie obtained her real estate license and joined her husband in real estate and property management.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Sandy has long served as a bridge between cultures, ensuring clear communication and comfort for a diverse range of clients and community members.
With nearly three decades of local knowledge, deep community ties, and a heart for service, Sandy brings trust, empathy and dedication to every real estate relationship. Whether you’re buying, selling, or searching for a rental, Sandy is committed to supporting you every step of the way.
